V soutěži na výtvarné ztvárnění vnějšího pláště betonové přístavby z 60. let 20. století, tzv. Pelantovo schodiště Muzea skla a bižuterie v Jablonci nad Nisou jsme získaly 2. místo.

Naším primárním cílem je jednoduchost formy a vizuální čistota.
Do komplikované architektonické situace (secesní budova, Pelantovo schodiště z roku 1964 a Krystal z roku 2020) nechceme vstupovat s dalším excentrickým prvkem.
Navrhujeme monochromní metalickou plochu s jemným perleťovým efektem ve světlé stříbřité barvě, která bude jemně a nenásilně akcentovat subtilní bižuterní materiály: sklo a lehké kovy.
Současně zachováváme respekt k původnímu architektonickému záměru této přístavby.
In the competition for the artistic representation of the outer shell of the concrete extension from the 1960s, the so-called Pelant Staircase of the Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec nad Nisou, we won 2nd place.

Our primary goal is simplicity of form and visual purity.
We do not want to enter a complicated architectural situation (an Art Nouveau building, the Pelant Staircase from 1964 and the Krystal from 2020) with another eccentric element.
We propose a monochrome metallic surface with a subtle pearlescent effect in a light silver colour, which will subtly and non-violently accentuate the subtle jewellery materials: glass and light metals.
At the same time, we maintain respect for the original architectural intent of this extension.
